Kawartha Menopause Clinic provides comprehensive menopause care with a holistic approach, focusing on symptom management, health education, and optimizing wellness.



At your initial appointment you can expect:

• Complete a review of health history, recent labs and investigations
• Assessment of menopausal concerns and symptoms 
• Discussion of treatment goals 
• Health Education
• Order required investigations (labs, imaging)
• Create a customized treatment plan that may include hormone therapy if appropriate, other pharmacotherapy (medications) if needed, nutrition recommendations, physical activity, sleep and stress reduction strategies, to name a few.

Follow-Up Care | Returning Patients

In person and virtual appointments available.

We recommend a follow-up appointment 3 months after your initial visit, and annually thereafter, to review progress with your current treatment plan and address ongoing concerns.

Our dedicated team will work with you to adjust your therapies as needed, ensuring that you receive the best possible care. Our goal is to help you achieve optimal health and wellness.
